President Trump publicly praised Dell's products and its founders, Michael and Susan Dell, during a period when his financial disclosures show he bought up to $5 million in Dell stock. These remarks coincided with a $6.25 billion commitment from Dell towards a government program and a nearly $10 billion contract awarded to a Dell subsidiary by the Department of Defense.
