That transition to portfolio manager, however, required a different skill set, which was allowing for other people to do the thinking and or the detailed work which I loved to do, and kind of taking a much more macro perspective and a bigger picture perspective, where you know, it was a much more socratic methodology of questioning and asking the right questions to guide the analysts in the right direction
