Three of the nation's largest egg producers, Cal-Maine Foods, Versova, and Hickman's Egg Ranch, have agreed to a $3.3 million settlement with the Department of Justice and 17 state attorneys general over accusations of price manipulation. A federal judge must still approve the proposed settlement, which addresses the great egg price spike that occurred a few years ago.
