A growing number of women are leaving lucrative but demanding careers in finance for content creation on social media and podcasts. Gabrielle Ying notes that while finance remains highly sought after, women face a "glass ceiling" and increasing job insecurity, prompting them to leverage their expertise to reach wider audiences and monetize their knowledge independently.
