Rhys Merrick highlighted a collaborative initiative in Dubai where the Dubai Land Department is working with regulators and private companies like Ripple and Control Alt to put real estate title deeds on the blockchain.
“If we look at a president that's been set certainly in Dubai, where you have a government entity like the Dubai Land Department who are working with a regulator like VARA. They're working with private companies like Ripple, Controllor, Pripco. And together, we're coming to bring title deeds on chain.”
