In 2024, Sunny Stroeer achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first woman to ski the entire Iditarod trail, a journey spanning over a thousand miles through the harsh Alaskan winter. This accomplishment is part of her broader career shift from a high-powered business consultant to an adventure athlete and entrepreneur.
“In 2024, Sunny became the first woman to ski the full Iditarod trail.”
“That's over a thousand miles in the dead of the Alaskan winter.”
“Between all of her own adventures, Sunny runs a guiding company, as well as a foundation dedicated to supporting women as they go after their own wild ideas.”
