Many beauty brands are creating their own AI advisors and virtual makeup try-on tools within their ecosystems to offer personalized recommendations and assistance. These tools aim to address consumer concerns, suggest products, and ultimately drive sales directly.
“Yeah, so brands are actually building their own advisors within their own ecosystems, which makes total sense because they want to address your concerns, make recommendations, and then obviously they hope that you buy their products specifically. So a number of brands have adopted their own advisors. Some have virtual makeup try-ons, some you can submit a selfie and it gives you dermatological advice. So they're doing their own sort of assistance.”
