Dr. Shefali points out that individuals who haven't experienced significant trauma may believe they are already conscious and have less need to examine their core beliefs. However, she argues that even without trauma, people can be unconscious about their deeply ingrained beliefs regarding money, success, and happiness.
“The ones who don't have that much trauma. They're like, okay, I'm conscious. They don't believe that there's more to be done in terms of, look at your belief systems anyway.”
