Anthropic has released its Opus 5.5 AI model, which hosts are calling "probably the best AI model we've ever used." It is noted for its strong coding capabilities, impressive graphics generation, and clear, effective writing, outperforming previous versions and rivaling even their flagship models.
“And Anthropic's Opus 5.5 is officially out. It's probably the best AI model we've ever used and will be for maybe minutes, who knows, but how's that for the AI slowdown? Doomers. It can code like crazy. It makes incredible graphics. It can write clearer and better than any AI we've used so far. It makes incredible games. I I just kinda Kevin, it does everything so well.”
“Kevin, Opus 5.5 freaking rocks. This model is really, really good. Like so good that I've been doing things with it that Astra didn't do as well, right?”
“But the bigger thing about this is that it is going to be cheaper than Opus 5 and 5.1, which was already a decently cheap model. And I think that is the thing that people out there have to understand that like we have now gotten, what I believe is, if not a state-of-the-art model, at least close to a state-of-the-art model for significantly cheaper than we've ever had before.”
