A user detailed how the AI agent Instinct assisted in apartment hunting by crawling websites for listings and using reverse image search to identify addresses when not provided. The AI then analyzed Google Street View imagery for specific criteria like shade and proximity to dog-friendly parks.
“It put together a list of agencies. It daily is crawling them, looking for new things. That's amazing.”
“When it doesn't know what the address is, it is trying to reverse image look up from the listing and using context clues about where it says it's located in relation to parks or museums or whatever, to figure out where it is.”
“Then it is going to Google over the view and mapping the streets and looking for trees on satellite view or in the Google Street view and taking photos to analyze and putting together. Because I said, look, I want to walk the dog. So I want to be near a dog friendly park and I want shade. I don't want to be like concrete jungle. I need tree lined streets.”
