There is a noticeable rotation in the market away from chipmakers and towards hyperscalers, with the latter being favored as leading into the 'Lag seven' stocks. This shift is occurring despite strong performance from some chip companies like Samsung.
“We've heard from multiple people in the last twenty four hours that's the trait they like now, leading into the so called Lag seven, not the Mac seven part of the market that has struggled METSA, Microsoft and leaning away from some of the chip makers, which you make of.”
