The TSA has launched a pilot program allowing TSA PreCheck members to obtain gate passes, enabling them to meet or accompany travelers to the departure gate. This program is currently active at 13 airports, including LAX and Dallas Fort Worth, with plans for expansion.
“So the first is pilot program to allow gate passes for TSA PreCheck members.”
“So you have to have TSA PreCheck. But if you want to meet people at the gate or accompany them to the gate before their departure, you can get a gate pass to do that.”
