A new benefit of the refreshed Chase Air Canada Card is a 15% discount on eligible Air Canada flight redemptions when using points or miles. This is similar to benefits offered by Delta and United Airlines. The discount's value increases with higher point redemption costs.
“So let's talk about some of those. The one I'm excited about for airplane cardholders is the new discount on award flights. So we're seeing so many different credit card companies and airlines do this where if you buy a flight on points or miles, you can get a discount meaning you don't have to spend as many points or miles. So this one is a 15% discount on eligible Air Canada flight redemptions. That's really similar to Delta Airlines' Take 15 benefit on their card. And United also introduced a similar discount earlier this year.”
