Sophia Benz, partner at Cherry Ventures, discusses the maturation of Stockholm's tech ecosystem, highlighting the role of established founders generously sharing knowledge with the next generation. She also notes that Sweden's social welfare system, with affordable healthcare and childcare, allows founders to take greater risks.

“And I would say majority of them are very generous with their time. They kind of enjoy coaching and meeting up with the next generation founders.”
“In Sweden we have this social welfare system, so you can risk a lot and you can start a company, but sometimes people do it while studying, etcetera. And it feels like you have a bit more cushiony situation.”
