Twiggy shares her approach to maintaining her well-being, emphasizing pilates as a transformative exercise. She started practicing pilates about 15 years ago to address a lower back muscular problem and has found it to be 'magical' for her age and how she feels. Twiggy recommends pilates to everyone, wishing she had started earlier.
“I do pilates once a week and, um, with love. Because about 15 years ago, I, I had a kind of muscular problem with my, my lower back. And I was told by my chiropractor, you've got to stop pilates because it's building, you know, it's strengthening. And so I started then and it's, it's brilliant. I would recommend pilates to everyone. I wish I'd started in my 20s, but I didn't. And it's changed my life, actually. It's brilliant.”
“So, if I'm feeling a bit stressed or a bit tight, I know what to do. And, and I walk a lot. So, I'm not hysterical, I don't do anything over the top, but for my age and the way I feel, the pilates is magical.”
