However, he believes that 'B minus policy people' in Washington, particularly within the covert community, prefer to silence independent scientists whose findings might contradict their narratives. This, he argues, extends to journalism, which also falls in line with a dominant narrative.

Who don't want kick ass independent scientists because they're telling stories and narratives that are easily exploded.”
