Well, the country is headed towards insolvency. And we have to cut back on a lot of federal programs. We can do it. It's just nobody wants to talk about it because politically it means you're going to lose an election.
And so ever since then, you've seen Congress kind of avoid tough decisions. Like we don't pass budgets. We don't actually look at individual spending items. They pass what's called a continuing resolution. And they just raise spending across the board.
