Alex Preziosi has entered into a contract to purchase a three-family house hack in her town. The property was acquired off-market and is described as a project, indicating potential for further investment and value addition.
“And in terms of the next major milestone, I guess that's the house hack that we just went under contract for. So, um, yeah, it's a three-family. It's in our town. It's also off-market, which is kind of cool. And it's also kind of a project. So I'm sure it's going to be a lot of work, but it's also going to be fun. And I'm definitely excited about it.”
“So, so you've been able to buy a house hack, you've been able to quit your job, you've been able to double your income, you've been able to purchase another rental property. So you've been able to kind of take a lot of the things that we talked about on this podcast and implement them.”
