“And so, um, yeah, the, the gold shares, you know, did exceptionally well during that period.”

“And so, yeah, that rallied all the way up until, you know, the mania of 2007, um, and into that, as the housing crisis, you know, then developed, you know, as you got to that point where that market broke, and, um, so you had to wipe out.”
