Bridget Cormoris, a guest on So Money, shared her career transition from a high-powered attorney to a relationship therapist specializing in middle school parenting. Her personal experience as a mother of seven, and recognizing a need for focused guidance in this age group, led her to develop the "Steady and Connected" parenting framework.
“I went to Stanford and then clerked for a judge on the Ninth Circuit and had this high-powered type career as lawyer, like just working a lot.”
“And so, yeah, I went back to school for marriage and family therapy. Like that just became my deep interest.”
“And so I kind of realized, I'm kind of what, I know at least as the only, you know, solely middle school focused parent coach.”
