“And so when I was there, then Chairman Powell, and Governor Powell's office, and Chairman Powell's office is in the middle, and my office was next to hers, I suppose Governor Powell's now in the office that I used to be in.”
“So you can never meet with more than a couple people at a time. And as a result, most of those meetings end up just being infrequent.”
