Greg discussed upcoming features for Rov, including Rov dining and instant gift card purchases, which are expected to improve the user experience. He expressed particular excitement for these changes, as they address current frustrations with the Rov hotel booking system.
“But I haven't been thrilled with some of the aspects of Rov to date, uh, like the hotel shopping experience. It's been clunky. Often I can't find the hotel I want or I can't find the rate I want. Like there's no, you know, loyalty eligible rates or, uh, you know, different issues like that. Um, so I'm really excited that they're, uh, apparently fixing a lot of that.”
“Instant earn gift cards. I think this is just kind of interesting because it, uh, it means that, let's say you see an amazing deal, you find a, uh, a flight that's bookable with, you know, small number of miles that you could transfer from Rov, but you don't have enough Rov points to make that transfer.”
