Rov has introduced several enhancements to its loyalty program, including a dining platform similar to other airline programs, in-store shopping offers, and the ability to earn miles by purchasing gift cards. These changes aim to make Rov more competitive and user-friendly.
“So, Rov. Has some enhancements that have just come out on the 28th here. So, we're recording ahead. So we haven't actually tried these yet, but by the time you hear this, this will all be live. So, we're going to have Rov dining, which is going to be, we think, kind of similar to the other dining platforms out there like advantage dining or built dining where you can earn points on dining by linking up a card and using that to pay at a participating merchant.”
“They're going to be in store shopping offers. So card linked shopping offers. So this is going to make it more similar to racketing and the Alaska shopping portal where there have been opportunities to link up cards or simply miles and earn miles while shopping in store.”
“Instant gift card earned. So you're going to be able to buy gift cards and earn Rov miles while you're buying the gift cards. So this kind of mimics Mileage Plus X. The app from United that allows you to buy gift cards and earn miles while you're buying them instead of course here you'll earn Rov miles that are transferable.”
