Following the Jackson Hole symposium, Professor Jeremy Siegel stated his confidence in the Federal Reserve Chair has grown. He believes the Chair's more substantive remarks and acknowledgement of past guidance errors were a positive development, leading to a more optimistic outlook.
“But I think this was much more substantive.”
“And by the way, I thought there was a probability that he would just say nothing and just kind of go into, you know, some of the same things he said, um, on the last press conference.”
“But basically, my confidence in wars is growing. I'm I'm much more positive as a result of this. Jackson Hall.”
