Lapérouse's Expedition Circumnavigated the Globe

Departing in 1785 with two ships, the Boussole and Astrolabe, Lapérouse's expedition embarked on an extensive voyage. They sailed around Cape Horn, explored the coasts of North and South America, visited Hawaii and Japan, and reached Siberia before heading into the South Pacific.
