Shelter inflation is showing signs of slowing down ('quiescent'), but data indicates that prices for high-end homes are increasing again. Other segments of the housing market have stabilized without price growth.
“And we've talked about, in particular, the shelter being much more quiescent. Um, I mean, you know, it's quiescent.”
“Um, uh, there has been some data on the breakout of it, and interestingly enough, on the very high end, um, prices are going up again, but, uh, for homes and in the top, um, quintile.”
