Chris Broad shared his three dream destinations for when he's having a bad day: the Shimanami Kaido island chain for its heavenly views, Mount Aso for its Breath of the Wild-esque landscapes, and Okinawa for its beaches and local Orion beer. He finds the island chain particularly special for its hidden beaches and sea views.
“I dream about three places. First and foremost, the Shimanamikaydo, the island chain that you can cycle across. I did it for the first time in years, last year. And I was reminded why the Setsurichi in Lacie is so special.”
“Second place, Mount Asō, which I always talk about. So I won't go on about that. But like Mount Asō and the Daikambo observation deck. It looks like something out of Breath of the Wild.”
“And the third place is Okinawa. I probably think about Okinawa more than anywhere, just because sitting on the beach, the beautiful beaches with pure transparencies, clutching and Orie on beer, the local beer of Okinawa, which has a nice sort of citrusy flavor to it.”
