“And, um, and I guess I didn't realize how much of what that magazine did was informed by the readers and the letters that were written into Gloria and how much, um, almost in an open source way, 50 years ago, she let the second wave feminism movement, in particular through the magazine, be guided by the people who were her readers, her clientele, her customers.”
