Tracy Manzi of Raymond James believes the September Fed meeting is live and that the bar is high for the Fed to stay on hold. She doesn't expect the Fed to hike rates, but emphasizes that the onus is on incoming data to be better than expected. Manzi noted Warsh introduced new elements by focusing on inflation breadth and speed.
