There is speculation that Nvidia's $12.9 billion acquisition of Hugging Face may be partly driven by Hugging Face's recently unveiled MicroDuck robot. This $400 robot, capable of being reprogrammed with small language models, could be a strategic play to create a distributed engine for generating physical AI training data.
