Freddy Smith detailed his earnings as an actor on 'Days of Our Lives,' stating that a consistent role could yield $200,000 to $300,000 annually. He explained this was based on working approximately 10-12 days per month, or two to three days a week.
“The pay I'll give you a range. Um, it's, if you're there for a while, especially now, it's about 2 to 300,000 a year.”
“But the reason that that's in my mind a lot more than what people think an acting is because we only worked three weeks out of every month. And you worked on average two to three days a week. So I was averaging 10 or 12 days a month working.”
“And making that kind of money. And granted it's in California, you have managers, agents, taxes, so you know, you're making decent money, like 150,000 in your pocket.”
