The Frequent Miler on the Air podcast experienced technical difficulties with its hosting platform, Captivate, over a weekend. To mitigate future issues, they are adjusting their release schedule to weekdays during business hours for better support access.
“Um, the podcast version of the show is hosted on something called Captivate. And Captivate is undergoing a major, uh, technical like, uh, rehaul.”
“So we're going to experiment with changing our, uh, release schedule slightly with the podcast to try to release the podcast during regular business hours with the hope that if something goes wrong again, we'll be able to get, uh, support quicker.”
