Jared Kushner's group paid over $120 million in April for land in Zvernet, Albania. However, Albanian prosecutors subsequently filed charges against the seller, Artar Shehu, alleging his leading role in a large-scale European drug smuggling operation. A judge approved an order, freezing the money.
