The Stream ring, Sandbar's first product, is designed for private voice input with three primary use cases: capturing personal notes, real-time chatting, and dictating across applications. Faimi demonstrated adding 'sparkling water' to a grocery list via the ring, showcasing its ability to transcribe and process the request.
“And Stream is a private voice ring. So it has a flat touchpad on the side, a mic on top, and a haptic that vibrates when you interact. And you just hold the touchpad, speak closely into it, and release.”
“So I guess a really quick version of that is maybe if I wanted to remember an idea for later or a to-do, I could simply say, "Add sparkling water to my grocery list."”
