Lyle Davenport explained that his company's sensor tape measures pressure, temperature, and vibration at 500 Hz, with up to 100 sensors per vehicle. This data, combined with GPS and IMU data, creates a 'digital twin' of the car's performance in real-world conditions, unlike sterile wind tunnel simulations.
“So, uh, yeah, so so the tape itself, what we generate is pressure, temperature and vibration at 500 hertz. Uh, we can have up to 100 sensors on the vehicle at a time.”

“So this is, this is a car running in a wind tunnel as you can see, um, the data is very binary, right? The car sets on the treadmill, it starts spinning, the wind builds. We have fairly consistent pressure.”
