How I AI · Monday, August 10, 2026
Grace Clark emphasizes that driving AI adoption requires demonstrating tangible benefits and building user muscle memory. She suggests that companies need to "default to this" AI-first approach to convince employees to do the same, highlighting the importance of AI-generated custom agendas for meetings as an example.
“What I tell people when they are trying to drive AI adoption internally. So I I get to work and talk to a lot of executives and they're trying to teach their teams to use AI and give them good reasons to use AI. And I tell them, if every touchpoint that you do is not AI first, then how can you convince people that every touchpoint they should do is AI first?”
“So I'm like, if your agenda is, you know, you're not doing the best job doing these like cool HTML, sort of like custom agendas for your meetings. If you're not using an agent, if you're not customizing them, then you can't demonstrate to others how you can change how you work.”
