Camille Claudel, a gifted sculptor, began a decade-long artistic and romantic relationship with the renowned Auguste Rodin in 1882 when she was 18. During this period, she was instrumental in the creation of some of Rodin's most famous works, including 'The Kiss' and 'The Gates of Hell', while also developing her own distinct artistic style.
