“I would highlight three. Is that relationships matter. When you're doing anything that involved in music, you're working ensembles. You have different components. You might be the composer, you're going to then work with the ensemble and then you're going to have to deal with an audience. You have all these stakeholders. Your relationship with all of them becomes critical in terms of the output.”
