“I think that's fair. We are pretty risk on so to speak, so we are willing to take some risk, but yeah, I'd say that's fair.”
“And since I'm a realtor too, and having grown up around real estate, I'm very comfortable with the idea of keeping rental properties and managing them ourselves, and acquiring more.”
