Italian company Bending Spoons has agreed to acquire US software company Airtable in an all-cash deal valued at $1.28 billion in enterprise value. This marks Bending Spoons' first acquisition since its recent public listing. Airtable, which allows teams to build custom applications without code, has seen its market share impacted by generative AI tools but still boasts significant annual recurring revenue.
