So you have, like it's a perfect storm. You have the capex incentives from the one big beautiful Bill which are rolling through the economy and are definitely helping hard assets that's industrials, as well as the funding from the hyperscalers.
So if you think about what you need to build a data center or what you need to kind of to build out the AI. On the hard asset side, the projections for next year is one trillion dollars in spending that is going directly into the P and L of twenty percent of the S and P. So that's why we like it.
