Doug shares his approach to managing tax documents, favoring a digital file folder for new documents and a physical Manila folder for the few paper records received. He humorously notes the lax security of his digital files, with a password of 'password' and a numerical password of '123'.
“All right, so. And all seriousness, I do have a, there aren't many documents that you keep anymore. Like actual paper documents. Not many you get. So, you know, I have a, for the few that I might get, I've got a old school Manila folder that sits in a spot on my desk or, you know, in my desk and that goes there and then I just create a digital file folder and throw stuff in there as they come.”
“It's perfect. It's all password protected with a password being password.”
“Oh yeah, 123.”
“It's like the Loof making Loof their password.”
