“You will have a what's called a dossier, and your dossier will include everything from a, you know, a year or two tax statements, your bank statements from at least, like, three months worth of bank statements, previous pay slips, your investments, your I believe birth certificate and marriage certificate.”
“Another thing to, just a quick note that I didn't know about, which actually is very helpful, is a letter of introduction that you might want to include with your dossier, which essentially says who you are, what you do, why you've chosen to come to France, what kind of a tenant you will be.”
