Significant Gap Between Advisors' Perceived Client Communication and Client Reality

Research indicates a disconnect between what advisors believe they are discussing with clients and what clients actually report. For example, while 62% of advisors believe they discuss protection with clients, only 27% of clients report having these conversations.
