They are what I'm going to call generalists, So we have each of them assigned specific states and their municipalities. When you think about municipals, A lot of it comes down to politics and local politics, so let's make sure we keep our team focus on that. And then we've also asked them to get very deep in a specific sector. So one of them is going to be our expert in hospitals, one will be our expert in student housing or universities. That's how we kind of canvass the entire market for opportunities.”
