“We should trial it. Is my view. And we should trial it in a geographic area. I've said Tasmania before, and it's a really simplistic view, or like it's its own island.”
“And you know who's there and you know people crossing borders, I mean crossing the bus, right? But you know, realistically, it's a reasonably self-contained group. And you could trial it there without too much drama with some reasonable rules for a period of time and decide whether it works.”
