Market Rotation Healthy, Not a Correction, Says Strategist

According to strategist Bart Ross, the current market movement is a healthy rotation rather than a correction, with the S&P 500 near all-time highs despite a dip in its momentum index. He notes that while some sectors like healthcare and utilities are seeing gains, financials and industrials are also performing well, indicating investors are rotating rather than fleeing the market. Ross believes this is a sign of a consolidating market, not a cause for alarm.
