Focus on Companies with Cash and Insider Holdings in Downturn

So I look for companies, especially in this sort of downturn we're having right now, that, you know, a lot of companies have been able to cash up. Some haven't. I don't I want to look for companies that their share price is down. They've got lots of cash. They're not going to be raising money.
You know, where you get the brokers and everybody sitting on the share price because they know they're going to have to come back to market. So I'd look for companies that, you know, again have large insider holdings, good cash position, um, and you're able to buy their own sale right now from where they were three months ago.
