Chris, CEO of Granola, discussed the significant challenge of scaling his team from a previous startup of 12 people to their current size of between 16 and 70. He highlighted organizing humans and maintaining product coherence as key difficulties in this growth phase.
“My last startup, Secratic, we were 12 people. So just going from like 12 to we're actually over we're somewhere between, I don't know, 16 and 70 now.”
“And so, you know, there's that's very different and I've never done that before, right? So organizing humans, that's one.”
