“Well, I mean, there was big news, what, last week that, uh, Black Stone, Black Rock, Black Stone, um, pulled out of what was to be the largest data center in the country in the US.”
“So they literally, uh, I I think the campus is like relatively built out, um, but they pulled out and then one of their other partners pulled out.”
“And so it's it's totally up in the air whether the country's largest data center is actually going to get lit up or not right now.”
